The three Partners at Shipley, Horne & Hewlett, P.A. have 100 years of combined legal experience, routinely appearing before State and Federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as various administrative agencies, assorted government and legislative tribunals throughout the region. We handle complex trials and cases in the civil and administrative arenas, and myriad legal matters ranging from constitutional issues, corporate matters, land use and real estate, torts, employment law, business transactions, and contracts. We navigate clients through the complex regulatory process of the many state and local administrative agencies.
